Since its inception, Eagle Productions has represented the Missouri Business Development Agency, St. Louis Development Corporation, SPN Network, AH! TV Network, Midwest BankCentre, the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, Annie Malone Children and Family Services, City of East St. Louis, St. Louis County NAACP, River Bend Head Start, At Home Care, Places for People and Nourish Community STL.
Previously for 17 years, Bills served as Vice President of Communications for the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. In this capacity, she managed and directed communications, marketing, advertising and social media programs for the $23 million nonprofit agency. She also provided professional assistance to the President in the planning, design, development and management of strategic communications projects, speech writing and news columns. During her tenure, she has secured over $2 million in free advertising and media partnerships to promote the agency and the National Urban League Conferences in 2007 and 2017. In addition, she also successfully planned and executed the groundbreaking and grand opening of the Ferguson Community Empowerment Center. Currently, Bills has arranged media partnerships with KSDK Channel 5, KMOV Channel 4, KTVI – Fox 2, the St. Louis American, Town & Style, Gazelle Magazine and the Ladue News for the Urban League. Bills previously served as Public Information Specialist II for 5 years at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport where she was responsible for creating public relations campaigns, marketing plans, special events, crisis communications, press releases and scripts for the Airport Director. During her tenure, she created and coordinated grand openings and special events celebrations for Lambert-St. Louis International Airport East Terminal Expansion, Federal Aviation Administration Record of Decision celebration for the construction of the W-1W Lindbergh Tunnel Expansion and the Airport’s 80th Anniversary Celebration which received an award for Best Public Relations Campaign from Airports Council International – North America Division. In addition, Bills worked on the Airport’s Crisis Response Team on 9-11. She also managed the Airport Information Booth, a customer service desk located in Lambert’s Terminal 1. Bills also served as advertising coordinator for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. During her career, she has received the Power 100 Award from Delux Magazine, the Diversity Marketing Services of the Year Award from Prestige Midwest USA, Legacy Award from the National Council of Negro Women, Top 50 Most Inspirational Women from Delux Magazine, Phenomenal Woman Award from the Center for Racial Harmony, St. Louis Sentinel’s Yes I Can Award, the St. Louis Mayor’s Certificate of Appreciation and an Excellence in Communications Award from the Greater St. Louis Association of Black Journalists. Bills is a member of the iHeartRadio Community Advisory Board, Mental Health of America Board, St. Louis County Board of Zoning Adjustment, United Way Charmaine Chapman Society, Urban League Guild, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Top Ladies of Distinction and the Whitney M. Young Society. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Howard University, a Master of Social Work Degree, specializing in Social and Economic Development from Washington University-in-St. Louis and a Consortium for Leadership Development Certificate from Harris-Stowe State University. |
