| ALL EXHIBITORS:
A 50% deposit must accompany this application to
reserve Exhibit/Sponsor Space. Individual Expo balances are due 30 days
prior to selected Expo. Exhibit fees are non-refundable. Please make checks payable to Eagle Productions, LLC and mail with

| MULTI-EXPO DISCOUNTS:
Participants in two 2012 Expos will benefit from a 5% early payment
discount on their total exhibitor fees for both Expos.
Participants in three or more 2012 Expos will benefit from a 10%
early payment discount on their total exhibitor fees
for 2012. The entire multi-Expo discount will be deducted from the final
payment due for 2012 Expos. To benefit from the discount, total
Exhibitor fees must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to first
selected Expo. |
